File Upload Guidelines
If the student's name is Mary Jane and the parent's contact number is 3374358:
- Accepted file formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, or GIF.
- Maximum file size: 500 KB per file.
- Each uploaded file must have a unique filename.
- Filenames must not contain spaces or special characters.
If the student's name is Mary Jane and the parent's contact number is 3374358:
- Student Photograph: MJ14358
- Birth Certificate: MJ24358
- 1 for the student photograph
- 2 for the birth certificate
