Step 1: You may upload the student photo and birth certificate now.
If you do not have the files ready, you can continue to the registration form and submit them later.
Upload Rules
1. Student photo: JPG, JPEG, PNG or GIF only.
2. Birth certificate: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF or PDF only.
3. Each file must not exceed 500 KB.
4. File names should not contain spaces or special characters.
File Naming Example
Student: Mary Jane
Parent phone: 3374358
Student photo: MJ14358
Birth certificate: MJ24358
